Prices in NZ$ per night for one or two people sharing the King bed.

The Bach can sleep a maximum of 3 people plus one infant in a cot.
One additional person on sofabed charged at $75 per night.
A porta-cot can be provided free of charge for infants.
There is an additional booking fee of $20 per person per stay.
Transfers between Rarotonga Airport and Kauare take around 20 minutes and can be organised with Tiare Transport. Tiare know our property and will show you in to the lodge any time of the day or night for easy check-in. Transfers cost $25 per person one way and payable in cash direct to the driver. If you would like for us to arrange this transfer please forward your flight arrival and departure information.

All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include Cook Islands Government Tax @ 15% and are valid to 31 December 2026.
We do not offer dynamic pricing or discounting - rates are fixed for all visitors.

The minimum stay is 3 consecutive nights in a villa. For those wanting to stay just 2 nights, you can use the 3rd night for late check-out or early check-in.
